[Halld_src] [EXTERNAL] Hall-D J/Psi Proposal Approved!

Congratulations to Jackson and everyone involved!  The PAC approved our proposal for a 85 PAC days run (i.e. 170 calendar days) in Hall D. We will be using mostly a 4He target but also some Deuterium as well.

While the proposal focused on J/Psi photoproduction, the data will be useful for a wide variety of studies!
