[Halld_srcct_analysis] GlueX data monitoring

Dear all,

below you can see one of the data validation wiki pages for GlueX data.

It contains information about the runs for that run period, the list of monitoring volunteers and detector/calibration experts.
We use monitoring spreadsheets like the one below, to store the data monitoring results.

Once there is a monitoring launch the monitoring plots can be found on the following web page, by selecting appropriate run period(example: Run Period-2019-11) and Monitoring Launch version (example: 26):

The monitoring volunteers than have to compare the plots in Plot_Browser with reference plot that can be found below, and fill the spreadsheets accordingly
