[Halld_srcct_analysis] tasks for Monday

Dear all,

We have one more week before our  run starts. For next Monday we will 
like to request the following from each person assigned to an specific 
detector:

1. Overview of the detector (1-2 slides were the overall detector 
function is described).

2. Detailed plots of one previous run of the key plots we need to look 
in the detector to monitor over the course of the run.

3. Current status of the detector if you have it.

4. Contact people of the detector and people who will be performing the 
calibration (during or after the run).

If you have done so, we will just go over it with the full group.

We will start daily meetings everyday starting Monday to go over the 
multiple open items starting next Monday, Holly will set up the wiki 
page to those meetings.
