[Halld_srcct_analysis] monitoring questions

Hi Nathaly,

We are not running a special branch for the PrimEx data monitoring, I 
just have to change a few configuration lines for the reconstruction 
without magnetic field.

Having your analysis plugins in the master branch would give us the 
advantage that we can test them right away.
