[Halld_srcct_analysis] Notes from meeting today

Hi all,

I am still updating the wiki, but I am sending below the notes from the discussion today in preparation for running:

Your responsibilities (daily, by run):

  *   Monitor your detector system and calibration
  *   Report status (can be verbal or with plots as needed), changes, relevant plots to the RC
  *   Analysis-wise: running your analysis/other monitoring channels and looking at bg, physics, comparing simulation
Analysis shift expert (12 hour shifts, good to be on site, could be remote):

  *   Looking at monitoring channels and physics by run, updating/confirming the run spreadsheet, and making updates to daily analysis meeting
  *   Keep count of SRC events on target (need to make script)
  *   Cover 12 hours of running

Stuff we are working on to make the above things happen:

  *   Plugin in halld_recon? (Alex and Jackson working on this)
  *   Define monitoring plots for analysis shift expert (file types/locations/etc), update it on wiki (all)
  *   Obtain a secure docDB or elog for our analysis work (Holly working on this)
