Hello,

Thank you for your email.

The sensors require new masks, however we do not require prototype 
sensors within three months after award. Please see Jefferson Lab 
Specification B00000-01-01-S0001 Rev 6 - Silicon Micro-Strip Sensors for 
the Hall B CLAS12 Silicon Vertex Tracker section 5.17.
We request one out of three mask designs within this time frame.

Mitchell Laney,
Down loaded documents,is as far as have got,main question is has this 
design
been built before?
If so our GERBER/GDS files of MASKS available to edit to MICRON's design
rules
Designing masks from scratch takes time with editing.Having to deliver
prototype within 3 months may rule us out .
We have the correct silicon 5,5-6-5 Kohm 6 inch<100> 295+/-5um,double sided
polished.
Currently in USA but will be back in the company next week.
