[Hbi-svt] HFCB Design Considerations

hi marc,


as i understand there are two issues:
the first one is regarding the hybrid flex circuit board
the design's progress depends on msu's feedback. (good update.)

the other which you didn't mention, regarding the full chain test.
which might not be done before the next review because of problems 
manufacturing the hybrid board in russia

perhaps we should have a brief meeting next week after tuesday, when 
convenient to all,  on how to proceed regarding these two matters.
