[Hbi-svt] "Final" Pitch Adapter Masks

Hi,

Here's, what I hope will be, the final pitch adapter mask files. The changes from the previous design are the removal of 0.250 mm from each edge on the 4 mm side making the width 41.5 mm in total.

The new design files start with 2012-05-11 in this folder: http://clasweb.jlab.org/instrumentation/SVT/CAD/pitch_adapter/

Regarding Miguel's comment about the openings in the passivations, is there any need for that, i.e. test bonds on the metal fill pads?

Please let me know if there are any questions/suggestions/changes/etc you'd like to see.
