hi andy,
after discussing the matter with patrizia, patrizia has advised us to
investigate the problem today.
so, we'll be looking into this issue to report to patrizia the condition
of the system tomorrow.

Hi Amrit,
In case it's of help, the failure of the real-time controller may have been
triggered by the power outage last Wednesday, after which various components
(eg. Pumps, valves) went to a state they shouldn't have been in. At least
there appears to be this time coincidence, although the controller is
powered through a UPS.
There is some urgency here. We have liquid helium on order to begin a
cool-down next Monday, 8/15. Your help would be appreciated.
