[Hdicecontrols] HDice In-Beam Cryostat RealTime Controller failure

Pablo and I investigated the IBC real-time controller failure in the 
HDice lab this morning.

Upon arrival we saw that the controller was not connecting to the host 
computer. In addition,  a status light  indicated that the software on 
the controller was corrupted.

We reloaded the entire base system software onto the controller. Several 
resets were needed to bring the system back on-line. The IBC LabView 
software was then deployed to the controller and started via the host 
computer.

The system is now working and was demonstrated to Mike Lowry.

Given this type of failure, we strongly recommend that this outdated 
controller be replaced ASAP and then updated to the latest version of 
LabVIEW.
