I’m a little concerned about dropping the HDice-NMR meetings to an “as needed basis”. Even if there is little activity because of your shifting priorities, it would be better to schedule a meeting at least once a month so as not to loose continuity.<BR>

Our HDice controls meeting minutes of 1/19/2016 is attached to this email.<BR>

As mentioned in yesterday's meeting, the price of the components for the RF Switching/Attenuation Unit has increased to ~ 5.5K.<BR>
Should DSG submit the PR's for the new RF Switching/Attenuation unit?<BR>
<BR>
Also this year, due to the amount of work that needs to be completed for the Hall B 12GeV<BR>
program, the HDice Controls meeting will be scheduled by DSG on an as-needed basis.<BR>
