[Hps-analysis] Integration test

Hello All,
 I've added an integration test to hps-java that will be running along with 
our Hudson builds. It currently processes 1000 full energy electron candidate
events which were skimmed from run 5772. The test runs the reconstruction
on the input evio file and then runs an analysis Driver over the output lcio file.
The tests are currently minimal but will be added to soon.
The test is:

org.hps.test.it.EngRun2015ReconTest
