Can DQM steering file be switched to DataQualityRecon_Pass2.lcsim? Looks
like this was the only _Pass2 steering file to not get copied back, so
DataQualityRecon.lcsim is out of date. I should have checked.
Don't see anything obviously broken, but I didn't look very hard.
Pelle's list confirms that 5578 has header errors.
