[Hps-analysis] more on datacat metadata for EVIO files

I've simplified the proposed metadata for EVIO files in the datacat.

Here's a sample from hps_005688.evio.0 in form "key = value"

The main change here from last example which I sent around is that I stripped out some of the event counting fields (EPICS events, etc.), and I have added code for getting TI time data information.

The first and last TI time and the offset match up with Sho's data for this file, so it seems correct.

Are there any additional fields that should be added here?  Are the field names clear?  Do any of these values seem like they should *not* be included?

I'm planning to crawl the Eng Run 2015 EVIO file data soon (starting tomorrow?), so if something should be changed/added let me know ASAP.
