[Hps-analysis] meeting tomorrow

Hi Everyone,

So, I was hemming and hawing a lot in my comments about alignment, largely because I am really puzzled by the statement that we might have 2-3mm changes in ECal extrapolated positions due to future changes in the SVT alignment.  While I am not the expert by a long shot here and have to defer to Sho and Pelle, I would have thought the largest changes we could see now that we are aligned to a common beamspot would be <1mm.  Sho… can you explain why we expect to see larger shifts?  Maybe I am just missing something.
