The events are generated using EGS5
(/u/group/hps/production/mc/egs5/src/moller_v1.f) - if an electron has a
Moller interaction in the target, we count particles with energy>10 MeV,
|theta_y|>10 mrad; if there are 2 or more such particles, the event gets
saved. So often one of the Moller electrons is lost, and often an electron
will brem before/after the Moller interaction.
