[Hps-analysis] HPS Analysis Workshop Questionnaire

Hi All,

I anticipation of the analysis workshop in a few weeks, I’ve set up a form to see what folks are thinking.  I’ve mentioned that I’d like this to be a workshop that focuses on the work part of it (not a long analysis meeting…), but I’d like your opinion since you (people who are attending) are the ones doing the work.
