[Hps-analysis] pass-2 release

Yes, done and tested a couple days ago for compact.xmls. But I just now realized how to
make the lcdds (and committed them) after rereading the confluence page. I checked
a couple crystal offsets relative to v2 and looks good in lcdd.
I changed the bit about pwd being detector-data to be big and red:
