Seems fine here now….
java -jar ./distribution/target/hps-distribution-3.6-SNAPSHOT-bin.jar -r /org/hps/steering/production/PulserTriggerFilter.lcsim -DoutputFile=pulser -i./integration-tests/target/test-output/EngineeringRun2015FullRecon.slcio
You should make sure it downloads 3.2-SNAPSHOT of lcsim because the fix was actually in the lcsim job manager.
