[Hps-analysis] tpass0

Hi,

With the new release 3.9, I run a test pass tpass0, which has only 10% 
of run 7983

Will be good if especially subsystem experts check, and see, if there is 
no apparent problem.
Files Recon and DSTs are here:

/lustre/expphy/work/hallb/hps/data/physrun2016/tpass0

If no problem is found till weekend, I will probably submit pass0 on 
this weekend.

For some reason files didn't go to tape, hopefully till weekend this 
will be resolved.
