[Hps-analysis] pass6 v0pulser skim

FYI All,

There is a new v0pulser skim of real 2015 data, requiring both
pulser trigger and the same e+e- selection of our normal v0
skim (no calorimeter requirements).  Total size from the entire
run period is 4 GB (lcio) and 150K events, so maybe 100K v0pulser
events from 0.5 mm.  May be useful ...

They're tarred up and on tape too (before the outage tomorrow,
