[Hps-analysis] Data Recon Samples

I've been reconstructing some of the 'good' runs from the previous weekends to check, and they should be trickling in here:


/mss/hallb/hps/physrun2016/noPass/


These will include 200, 300, and 50 nA runs with v7 trigger, as well as the FEE and cosmic runs.


Standard reconstruction in the 3.6 release was used, but these are not an official 'Nathan pass' (unless you want to turn it into one).
