[Hps-analysis] Tracking at 1.5mm

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could confirm that tracking for runs with SVT at
1.5mm (for 2015 data) was completely sorted out? I remember some discussion
on this, but as I wasn't looking too deeply into these runs, I don't
remember what the status is.
