[Hps-analysis] New wab-beam-tri

The available wab-beam-tri recon with the fixed number of generated events are here:

Looking at some files, the ratio of 1-track to 0-track events is much closer to data now.


MC (1-to-0 ~3x):

Previously, a lot more wab-beam-tri events had no GBL tracks.

So hopefully, this also fixes the issue seen with tracking efficiency.
