[Hps-analysis] 4-Hit Tracking Update

Running the standard 5-6 layer recon on the tridents, except only lowering the hit count and pT thresholds (4 hits and 50MeV), this gives a more reasonable agreement in event tracks:

The vertexed particles are now filled as well.

What's interesting is that extra V0's are now found, mostly low-momentum (~0.3 GeV):

Also (unrelated), switching the flags in RawTrackerHitFitterDriver to

as discussed in the software meeting, appears to fix the clean MC timing:

where MC cluster coincidences used to have virtually no widths. So this should probably be done from now on...
