[Hps-analysis] tweakpass6 recons on /cache

Hi all,

we are at our quota limit 80 Tb, and 72 Tb of which occupies tweakpass6 
recon.slcio on cache disk.
beaing at limit, frequently causes hps jobs to fail, and also will not 
allow hps to cache files from tapes.

These recon.slcio files were cached at the end of March.
Please respond if someone needs these files now, if not I want
to remove them from /cache in order to get some space.
