[Hps-analysis] Some cleanup

I'll be extensively using the s0, s1 and moller skims and the tuples in run
8054 (carbon target run) from 2016 pass1 in the near future, so i would
like to keep these on the work disk. It might be useful to keep one of the
tungsten target runs in work as well, but that's a lower priority for me at
the moment, so I could just cache that when i need it.
