[Hps-analysis] tweakpass6 update

Just to update on tweakpass6.

0.5 mm recon, dst and ntuples (including tri, fee and Moller) are 
essentially done.

Attached graph represent the summary of completed/failed files.
There are 13 missing recon files + 3 additional dst files out of about 
15K raw files,
no additional (to recon) ntuples are missing.

During the lustre failure, many other files skims/DQM faild, but the 
priority was given
to DST and ntuples, since these are files that are needed soon to Omar 
and Holly.

At this moment remaining skims are being processed and the rest of 1.5mm 
data.
About 30% of 1.5mm data is also finished at this moment.
