[Hps-analysis] hps-java Code Changes

Dear Colleagues,
 
I have merged the pull request for issue 154 into the master branch of our hps-java code base. This was related to the vertexing fixes. A positive change in output is to be expected for the Moller and V0 vertex collections (and the reference histograms for the integration tests have been updated to reflect this). Please report any negative impacts you might notice as a result of these updates.
