I’ve added branch iss-370 which has a boolean includeUnmatchedTracksInFSP that allows us to include or not the unmatched tracks to the FinalStateParticles list with all of the privileges/responsibilities that implies.

1)  I’d really like to have non-cluster-matched tracks (both positrons and electrons) in FinalStateParticles as well (like we have the non-track-matched clusters).  For the 2015/16 data it matters less, but for the 2019 data it is vital.  Might as well change it now IMO.  I weakly prefer this (going into FinalStateParticles) to adding another collection (“Unmatched Tracks”?) which then get vertexed along with FSPs…

2)  For FEEs not getting vertexed with other tracks in event…eh, I don’t have very a strong use case for doing it other than my greed for information.  I sort of feel like the >0.75*EBeam is a little tight as well (maybe not for 1 GeV) and will have to be tuned for the beam energy…maybe should be defined as a nSigma cut?

for P < 0.75*Ebeam, I would like at least P < 2.15 GeV, however if for FEE analysis one should read

Which shows - among other things - how MollerCandidates/MollerVertices are produced and stored from both FinalStateParticles and OtherElectrons.  Please do not make new proposals without first completely digesting what has been validated and is already in place as represented here.

As far as the momentum cut for final state particles, this is what Miriam has to say:
> Honestly, I think the best thing to do for FEE analyses where you need +/- 3 sigma, is to read in both the OtherElectrons collection and the FinalStateParticles collection.  Most of what you need will come from OtherElectrons, and then you can look through the FinalStateParticles for any FEEs at the lower-energy end of the distribution that you might be missing.

With this in mind, the other possibility for setting the maximum momentum cut for FinalStateParticles (to be used for analysis) is simply to raise the cut so that it is very loose w.r.t. analysis cuts, like 0.9E_beam.  Is there a very good reason for not simply doing that, and using the concatenation of FSP/OE for FEE analyses?  That would be my counterproposal.  Maybe there is a third way?
