[Hps-analysis] /work/hallb/hps offline planning

Ok, looks like no one is actively writing /work, according to scicomp.  Unless I hear otherwise, I’ll give them the green light to make the move in 20 minutes.  Please don’t write anything until further notice.  More soon.
