[Hps-analysis] HPS Analysis Meeting Tuesday Sept. 18 @ 10am/1pm PDT/EDT

Thank you Norman,

The 10am Pacific time (1pm East Coast) has become increasingly problematic for me to attend on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I would very much appreciate it if the analysis meeting, as the software meeting, could shift an hour earlier.
