Subject: First Vertexing Meeting

Hi Vertexers,

We will have our first vertexing meeting this Thursday from 10-11 am. This time won at the poll, we can discuss at the meeting if this time will work for everyone (there may be some more slots available in the afternoon). The plan is to have the general vertexing meeting every other week. I have been informed that JLab will sometimes have RC meetings at 11am PST/ 2pm EST (apparently we aren't the only experiment in Hall B!), so that time didn't work out.

I will send an agenda when I make one before the meeting. Most of the meeting will be getting organized and myself updating everyone where we are at and what we plan to do. SLAC will be in Group C.
