[Hps-analysis] [EXTERNAL] No Vertexing Meeting

Hi Vertexers,

There will be no vertexing meeting today. In fact, I will now call vertexing meetings only as they are needed. Based on the pace of things, any progress on the vertexing analysis can just be shown in the analysis meeting.
