[Hps-analysis] Resonance search meeting, May 8, 2020

Hello all,

as was discussed today, I injected Gaussian signal on the data mass 
spectrum.
We talked to do on three mass points, but I ended up doing 7 points.
I hope it is not to complicated to perform a search on these 7 masses, 
if it is too much you can do search on less points.

- At a given mass the signal resolution is the same as the mass 
resolution used in the resonance search (i.e. whatever we have parametrized)
- Different cases have different amount of injected signals, varying 
roughly from 0.3*N_up to 1.8*N_up

I guess Now Kyle and Cameron can run fitter on these data, and report 
found/not found signals.
And also this will show how p-values behave around these masses.
