Hi Matt,

Don’t forget that this is “analysis week” for our Wednesday meeting, so we need a report (or reports) on analysis activities with slides that are digestible by the broadest audience.

Also… I know I sounded like a broken record in the meeting, but I want it well understood that there is a plan for organizing our activities on alignment, and while that plan revolves around PF becoming available again soon, it requires broad participation to succeed as quickly and effectively as possible.  I think your involvement is really important because of your long experience and understanding of how information flows from the measurements made by the sensors into the tracking.  So, I’m really glad you are interested here, and you definitely will be included as we get organized.
