In addition to your feedback and general editing, there are a few things that clearly need work still:
- The author list is provisional and will need significant revision.
- I have not worked at all on the references yet, with only markers in most places (although many of the required references are already in the bib file)
- The reach plots for the two concepts discussed in the last section need to be remade to include the latest constraints.

It may also be worthwhile updating the 2019+2021 reach plot with a better estimate of the 2021 luminosity and the latest curve from NA64, although I suspect the difference for the former is insignificant on the scale of other uncertainties.

As noted at the meeting, this is supposed to be uploaded by next Tuesday, but that is a soft deadline.  I will forward the recent message on that for those who perhaps are not on the Snowmass mailing list.  Please send me your comments and suggestions for improvements.
