[Hps-analysis] [EXTERNAL] Pass-1 for 2021 (+ MC)

Hi All,

After the discussion we had at the CM last week, the plan is to run a ~1% pass one over 2021 soon (few weeks timescale).  I've made a few confluence pages with the (short) task-list that we discussed.  Let me know/add them if I forgot anything...or if a name is missing/misapplied.

For the data processing page...two things:  First, I've included the table that Rafo includes in his pass tables.  We should definitely fill this out as it lets us know exactly what was used to do the processing.  Some the of the rows may be obsolete (and we may need to add different ones) since I took this from a 2016 pass.  This information is vital to keep track of and I can't find it for pass0.  Second:  I put this under the "physics" confluence tab because that's where pass 0 was put...we should probably move them both to the "Computing and Software/Reconstruction Passes" tab where all other passes are.
