[Hps-analysis] [EXTERNAL] HPS Analysis Workshop: November 16-17, 2023

Hi All,

As we've discussed we will have our next analysis workshop in the Thursday+Friday after the November collaboration meeting at SLAC.   The hope is that we will have many who stay a couple of days longer and attend in person.

This meeting will be much more of a "working" meeting than previous ones...so, fewer (or no) presentations and more working in smaller groups to get things done, for instance, things that came up in the collaboration meeting.

The more formal part of the meeting will be Thursday/Friday mornings 9-noon in the Madrone conference room (2nd floor, building 48).  After that we can go back to building 84 and separate into offices.

The deadline to reserve one of the rooms we have blocked off for the collab meeting  is OCTOBER 20th.  So, Friday.  If you are planning to stay for the workshop, just change the end date to the later date....that's what I did and I had no problem.
