[Hps-analysis] [EXTERNAL] HPS min-workshop November 18

Hi All,

Let's do Tuesday November 18 for our mini-workshop.  We'll start at 9am PDT and go to probably about 12pm or whenever we lose steam.  The main focus will be finalizing 2021 recon for data and MC production using the just produced 1% as our benchmark.

I'll set up indico with an  agenda and connection details in the coming weeks.
