We discussed the timing of the analysis workshop a few weeks ago and I wanted to follow up with you.  Recall that we wanted to try to have the next workshop in conjunction with the collaboration meeting (Nov. 13-15) so that more people could attend in person. 

 I suggested we have it the weekend before but was brutally shot down.  Instead it was suggested that we do it after (16-17, Thursday-Friday of that week) and have format be more of a working meeting with fewer presentations (since we'll probably heard everything

 at the CM) and more pounding on keyboards while in the same room.  Fine with me.  </div>
