[Hps-controls] HPS slow controls meeting dates

Hi,
Thanks for taking time to cast your vote in this poll.
We had seven people vote, and based on the responses
the most popular date and time is Monday at 2pm eastern starting next
week and repeating every two weeks. Therefore, our first HPS controls
meeting will be on Monday 10 at 2pm. I will sent the meeting agenda
and instruction on how to join later.
