[Hps-controls] HPS slow controls meeting dates

Dear HPS collaborators,

I would like to start holding HPS slow controls meetings. In the beginning
we can meet bi-weekly, and if  we see that there is a need for weekly
meetings we can go to a weekly schedule.

I created a Doodle poll to find the best meeting time for the people in 
the controls group.
Please, click the link below and select the dates and times that you would
be able to attend the meeting. There are three choice for each time slot:

o  Yes		(green color)		Can attend

o (Yes)		(yellow color)		Can attend if need be

o (No)		(red color)    		Cannot attend


The times are for the US Eastern time zone (GMT-5h), the times indicated 
are the start
times. The meeting would last approximately an hour. I made 10 business 
days available
since we are going to meet every two weeks in the beginning. Therefore, 
whichever
date is chosen from these ten days, the meetings will be held every two 
week from
that date on. These two weeks are representative weeks, so probably you 
should not indicate
"No" to a time slot because it overlaps with a one-time event on your 
calendar for that
particular week.  Some dates overlap the June HPS collaboration meeting, 
so if we chose the
first week of June the first meeting will be held on the third week of June.
