[Hps-controls] New HPS slow controls meeting dates

Hi everyone,

Thanks for voting. Based on the poll results, we will have the
HPS slow controls meeting biweekly on Tuesdays at 3pm eastern time.
The next HPS slow controls meeting will take place next Tuesday,
October 1st at 3pm eastern time.
