[Hps-controls] Subsystem expert duties for slow controls

Dear HPS controllers,

the HPS shifts this spring will start February 4 and end on March 14 
2016. We need to
distribute the slow controls pager over this time period. The minimum 
amount of
time for a system expert duties is one week. During that time the expert 
should be
at JLab and should not be scheduled to take regular shifts. Each week of 
expert duties
counts as four regular shifts in the counting house.

Please, let me know what days you will be available to carry the slow 
controls pager
for HPS this spring, and I will try to fill the schedule based on your 
input.
