[Hps-controls] clonioc1 problem

Done. Still waiting to get a ping on it though.


I see that one of the Dpm IOCs pulls a constant 39% of memory. That one is slightly different than all the others but I wouldn’t expect any significant difference in memory. It looks like it may creep up as well looking at it for a a few minutes so it’s not impossible it was the source of the crash…

I’ll look into it during the day.
