[Hps-controls] SVT stepper motor and opening angle

We need to be careful to keep the stepper motor available to experts only in the beginning.

I attached two JPEG files with the GUIs for the target controls and for the SVT position to this message.
The SVT position numbers are calculated based on the new formulas I got from Takashi yesterday, they need to be checked.

These GUIs have been checked it, but probably won't show up on the main tree until tomorrow.
