[Hps-ecal] Calorimeter Status

Hello hps-ecal group,

I have attached a prototype for my talk here. It contains a brief overview
the current status of the ecal hardware and the simulation as well as
updated results for background rates and clustering.triggering. Note that I
am going to replace the clustering/triggering comparisons here with new
ones that I am running now. Currently, I am comparing results from the old
clustering and triggering on the version 4 geometry with the new algorithms
on the version 7 geometry. Since there were some changes in the rates
(especially for the 6.6 GeV data), I would like to make sure I compare the
algorithms using the same geometry for both.
