[Hps-ecal] Messages on the list

Hello,

There was delays on the delivery of messages in the mailling, it is 
because the mailling ask my approval anytime something raise a flag 
(either it is too big or it does not like your e-mail). It is unclear to 
me if I can change these, but I did not find any ways to do so... So if 
I am not in front of my computer, it can take few hours to have your 
message processed. If any expert of the JLab mailing system has an idea 
to change that, they are very welcome!
