[Hps-ecal] Considerations on pi0 trigger

I did this simple study on pi0->2gamma as a preliminary to the definition of a pi0 trigger for calibration purposes. Raphaël thinks it is worth discussing at a Wednesday meeting, but before that, I submit it to this group for comments.
